  • Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time.  The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards.
  • Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
  • Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
  • The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
  • After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.

Logistic Information:

When an order has been placed, Member will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. If there is installation service, please do not unpack by yourself and wait for the factory staff to check. (If it is damaged, there will be no replacement if the product is unpacked by yourself)
Delivery time depends on different districts, please confirm when making the appointment.
There is no designated time for delivery.
Delivery and installation service only applys to Hong Kong area.

-Up stairs: a surcharge of $30 will be charged for each floor (collected by the delivery staff in cash).Free for first 6 steps, every 10 steps are counted as one floor.
-Village house: If vehicles cannot reach the location directly, there will be addiitonal surcharge (collected by the delivery staff in cash).
-Free for the first 50 meters. Additional $55 for every 50 meters thereafter.

Remarks

If you believe your product is defective, scratched or malfunctioned and you are eligible to exchange your product, all products can only be exchanged, but not returned or refunded.
Products are qualify for exchange on following instances:
-Only one exchange request can be made on each product.
-Product(s) must be exchanged only with the same model.
-The request should presenting a valid purchase invoice/order confirmation.
-The request should be applied within 7 calendar days of the date you receive the product
-Product(s) must come with its original packing.
-Product packaging must come with its original packing.
-All parts, accessories, user manual, warranty card (blank) are intact and returned together with the product(s).
