4 modes and classic mode

BALMUDA The Toaster has four modes according to different bread, and one classic mode which can be baked constant temperature without steam and three temperatures: 170°C, 200°C, 250°C. You can bake mochi, gratin, other dishes and biscuits without preheating.

Steam technology

Using BALMUDA The Toaster, please pour 5cc of water into sink. The oven can be filled with steam during operation, covering the upper layer of bread with moisture. Moisture will be heated up by the gas, and surface will be slightly burnt. However, the inside retains the moisture and butter and other fat components of bread, and tightly wraps the aroma.
