- Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, outlying islands, PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
- Members must provide a valid contact mobile phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee. Extra delivery fee is HKD150/time.
- The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
- After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
- Product photos/videos are for reference only.
- All sales are final, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The Miles+Cash option is subject to the terms and conditions in the section titled “Miles+Cash” (if applicable).
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and Service/Product provider is final.
