  • You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
  • Members or member representatives must collect the prizes in person on the agreed date and time. The member or member representative must sign a confirmation receipt when receiving the prize.
  • This award includes one-time delivery service in designated areas (except post office boxes, outlying islands and frontier restricted areas). Delivery or self-collection services outside of the above areas are not provided.
  • Members must provide a valid phone number and address to arrange delivery service. If delivery fails due to incorrect phone number and address, or the member fails to show up at the agreed delivery time and cannot receive the reward, the service/product provider will charge the member an additional fee for re-delivery arrangements.
  • If the destination requires the collection of customs clearance fees and taxes, the recipient must pay by himself.
  • If the member has not received the relevant reward after the reward is shipped, please contact the service/product supplier to submit a survey application within 60 days. If a member applies for a reissue after 60 days, the application will not be accepted.
  • Delivery service:

    1) If the customer has placed an order, a colleague will contact the customer to make an appointment within two to three working days.

    2) On the day of delivery, if the Observatory issues a typhoon warning No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning, the delivery service will be suspended immediately, and the relevant order will be delivered on another date.

    3) We will not be responsible for any delays or failure to complete delivery due to accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or other reasons beyond our control.

    4) If you need to change the content of your order (such as: delivery address, delivery time or additional purchases, etc.), please at least 3 working days before the original delivery date and time (excluding Sundays) And public holidays) notify us.

    5) If you fail to pick up the purchased product within 30 days of confirming the order; or fail to give us sufficient or accurate delivery instructions, we may use Our exclusive and absolute discretion:
    a) Store the relevant products until they are actually sent; or

    d) Surcharge for walking upstairs (TV or screen above 40", refrigerator, washing machine, Soundbar): HK$80 / 1st floor (per piece) (from the 1st floor, 10 stairs is 1st floor)
    e) Surcharge for walking upstairs (TV or screen, vacuum cleaner 40" or less): HK $30 / 1 story (per piece) (the first 4 stairs are free, the 5th stairs are counted as the 1st and the 1st, and the 16th is the 1st)
    f) Second delivery Goods (40" or below TV or screen, vacuum cleaner): HK$80 (per piece)
    *The waiting time for delivery is up to 15 minutes. Overtime, please make an appointment for the second delivery
