Collection Method

1. Members need to call Lady M customer hotline at 852-3956 1494 or email to info@ladymhk.com at least 5 working days in advance, and quote the Asia Miles reward reference number to pre-order the whole cake. Upon order confirmation, Lady M will send an email to reconfirm pick up date and details.
2. Email confirmation sent by Lady M must be presented upon picking up the cake.

Remarks

1. Whole cake pre-order is subject to availability.
2. Upon confirmation of pre-order with Lady M, changes of pick-up date and location will not be permitted.
3. Cake pre-order and self-pick up should be arranged within 60 days from the date of the redemption. (the date of redemption inclusive)
