Overview

REIGN offers one of the finest Russian caviar, exclusively sourced from the Caspian Sea in Astrakhan, Russia. The sustainably farmed sturgeons are bred in hatcheries in the flowing waters of the Volga river, reared in the conditions of their natural habitat, and fed “kilka” (sprat). The result of the excellent environment and feed is caviar of unparalleled quality and taste. They are properly sanctioned for export under the CITES agreement.

 

Premium Osetra Caviar is one of the most prized caviars, known for having a buttery flavour and slight nuttiness. It takes 18 years for the female Osetra sturgeon to mature and produce caviar.
