- Either the member or the member’s representative must be present to receive the awards at the agreed date and time. The member or representative is required to sign an acknowledgement slip upon receipt of awards.
- Award includes a one-off delivery within specific area (excluding PO Box addresses, outlying islands and restricted areas). No delivery or self-collection services are available in other locations.
- Members must provide a valid contact phone number and mailing address for delivery purposes. Should delivery be unsuccessful as a result of inaccurate contact information or the member not being present at the agreed delivery time, Service/Product provider will charge the member a re-delivery fee.
- The consignee is required to pay for all customs charges, import duties and taxes and postal clearance fees where applicable at the destination.
- After the shipment of a package, the member has 60 days to place a claim with the Service/Product Provider or Delivery House if they do not receive their item. Following this claim, an investigation will be made and a new product will be sent after the investigation is completed. After the 60 days have elapsed, the member will no longer be able to place a claim for a lost item.
Logistic Information:
When an order has been placed, Member will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. If there is installation service, please do not unpack by yourself and wait for the factory staff to check. (If it is damaged, there will be no replacement if the product is unpacked by yourself)
Delivery time depends on different districts, please confirm when making the appointment.
There is no designated time for delivery.
Delivery and installation service only applys to Hong Kong area.
- Product photos/videos are for reference only.
- All sales are final, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The Miles+Cash option is subject to the terms and conditions in the section titled “Miles+Cash” (if applicable).
- In case of any dispute, the decision of Asia Miles Limited and Service/Product provider is final.
- Other Asia Miles terms and conditions apply.
Extra fees
Discovery Bay and Outlying islands charge an additional $200 for delivery. (collected by the delivery staff in cash).
Any area that needs a permit is not included for delivery.
Up stairs: a surcharge of $30 will be charged for each floor (collected by the delivery staff in cash).
Free for first 63 steps, every 16 steps are counted as one floor.
Village house: If vehicles cannot reach the location directly, there will be addiitonal surcharge (collected by the delivery staff in cash).
Free for the first 50 meters.
Additional $55 for every 50 meters thereafter.
On-site installation
If any extra service is needed, please call to make enquiry before placing order.
Return and Exchange
If item is not defective, no return or exchange is available.
If damage is found while staff is installing, staff would decide on site to see if item could be exchanged based on item condition.
